We are thrilled to have you be a part of the Deaf in Government (DIG) National Training Conference 2025! Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions to help you prepare for the event.

The NTC is a bi-annual event hosted by Deaf in Government, designed to support Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and Late-Deafened government employees. This year’s theme, “Building Bridges: Connecting Leadership and Teams for a Stronger Future,” reflects DIG’s commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development across all levels of government.

The conference features high-quality training led by expert speakers and facilitators from across the U.S. government. Attendees include federal employees from agencies nationwide and abroad, including military bases and embassies.

The conference will be held Wednesday – Friday, November 12–14, 2025, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily.

Day 1: Breakfast provided
Day 2 & 3: Breakfast on your own

Day 1 & 2: Lunch on your own
Day 3: Luncheon provided

Everyone is welcome! We encourage:

  • Hearing colleagues and professionals who work with Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees
  • Current and aspiring government employees
  • HR managers, EEO specialists, supervisors, and agency representatives
