As co-chairs of the DIG National Training Conference (NTC) 2025, we are excited to welcome you to the forthcoming conference being held at the Marriott’s National Landing Hotel Crystal City (formerly Marriott Crystal City) in Arlington, Virginia, on Wednesday, November 12, through Friday, November 14, 2025.

Below is the information and guidelines for planning purposes.

General Schedule
The conference runs from Wednesday, November 12, through Friday, November 14, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.

Setup & Takedown 
Exhibitors can set up any time after 12:00 PM on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, Veterans’ Day.

Booths may be removed (takedown) beginning at 4 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025. Final takedown should be completed by 6 PM.

Audience
175+ Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and Late Deafened employees and colleagues at the federal, state, and local levels.

Standard Exhibit Booths
Each exhibit area includes 1 table (approximately 6 feet x 30 inches) with two chairs and space for 1 sign.  Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own table drape. White table drapes available if requested by September 30, 2025. There are power outlets around the exhibit hall. Please bring your own power strips and extension cords if you anticipate needing power for your booth.

Display Requirement

  • Maximum height: 10 feet
  • Exhibitors must maintain decorum, good taste, safety, and professional conduct
  • No walls, partitions, decorations, or obstructions may be erected that interfere with the visibility of neighboring booths
  • All exhibitors must comply with venue regulations.

Internet
The Wi-Fi guest network will be provided so that guests can log on to it.

Parking
There is a parking garage at the hotel. Parking is $25.00 daily. The nearest metro station is the Crystal City Metro.

Important Notes

  • Conference registration is separate from exhibitor registration
  • Please submit your company logo in high-resolution format via the online submission form

To be have in handy before starting the form: an a Google-based account to login, a brief organization description of company/organization and high quality company/organization logo.

You will need to download Exhibitor Agreement and sign it to upload with the files. You can upload up to 5 files, each file is a maximum 10 MB. Please contact us if you have more than 5 files. These materials will be used in official conference publications and signage. 

After receiving the information, we will reach out to you for logistics and other information like coordinating with the NTC Committee in advance if assistance is requested for booth setup and take down, or an alternate schedule is requested.

The NTC Committee will contact selected exhibitors to coordinate arrangements on or shortly after October 1, 2025.
