Call for Workshop Proposals

Our conference theme this year, Building Bridges: Connecting Leadership and Teams for a Stronger Future, reflects our commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, and empowerment across all levels of government. This conference is a unique opportunity to come together as a community to share knowledge, strengthen networks, and inspire one another toward a more effective and brighter future.

We invite you to submit your proposal to present at one of twelve (12) workshop slots.

Location: Marriott’s National Landing Hotel in Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia, on Wednesday, November 12, to Friday, November 14, 2025.

Duration: 50 minutes includes Q&A

Target Audience: Federal, state, and local government employees; supervisors and managers; HR professionals; and professional colleagues.

Workshop Format: Interactive Presentation, Group Activities or Q&A Session.

Subject Areas: Leadership & Professional Development, Accessibility & Inclusion, Technology & Innovation, Policy & Advocacy, Workplace Culture & Belonging, Communication & Interpreting, Health, Wellness & Work-Life Balance, Youth & Emerging Professionals, Human Resources, Rights & Workplace Policies, Supervisor & Employee Engagement, Understanding, Accountability & Leading for Promotions or Other (Must fill out).

To be have in handy before starting the form: an a Google-based account to login, Workshop description, learning objectives, presenter’s biography and high quality photographs of the presenter(s) as well as the information on details of the Workshop. You can upload up to 5 files, each file is a maximum 10 MB. Please contact us if you have more than 5 files.

After receiving the information, we will reach out to you for logistics and other information.
