About the National Training Conference

 
On behalf of Deaf in Government (DIG) and with great enthusiasm and pride, we welcome you to our bi-annual DIG National Training Conference (NTC) 2025. We are thrilled to host this year’s event virtually on Wednesday, November 12, to Friday, November 14, 2025, with various evening plans as well as DIG Fall Harvest Party on Friday, November 14, 2025.

Our conference theme this year, “Building Bridges: Connecting Leadership and Teams for a Stronger Future,” reflects our commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, and empowerment across all levels of government. This conference is a unique opportunity to come together as a community to share knowledge, strengthen networks, and inspire one another toward a more effective and brighter future. 

 
We are honored to present a dynamic lineup of guest speakers and presenters from federal, national, state, and local sectors. These leaders bring a wealth of experience and knowledge, and their dedication to advancing accessibility and excellence in government service is the cornerstone of this event.
